PDC IN ACTION

Our Mission

The mission of PDC is to help individuals build themselves economically, educationally, socially, and spiritually. The focus of its services is helping the needy and the homeless. Services provided by PDC fill a critical gap for individuals and families located throughout Jefferson County.
